Our Story

Delta Elmech Systems was founded in 2014 by P. Rajaiah in Hyderabad with a clear focus: to provide dependable electromechanical maintenance and facility management services to corporate clients who cannot afford downtime.

Over the past 12 years, we have built long-term contracts with Hyderabad's most recognised IT parks, data centres, and commercial campuses — including Qualcomm India, Hewlett Packard Enterprise (SBI & BOB data centres), HPCL, ACE Urban Infocity (Cyber Towers, L&T Group), and Xilinx India. Our work spans HT/LT electrical systems, HVAC, fire safety, DG operations, UPS, plumbing, housekeeping, civil works, CCTV, and soft services.

Today, 350+ trained professionals are deployed across active client sites. Our back-office team of 25 handles compliance, HR, and government liaison — including TSSEB, CEIG, Fire Department, and SEZ approvals on behalf of clients. We hold an A-Grade CEIG Electrical License, ISO certification, MSME registration, and maintain ESI & PF for all enrolled staff.
